Recently, I have found out that my blood pressure and heart rate is high through my doctor. I am taking med- ication but I do not like this. I am 49 years old. I have always been small. ( 109 tbs), I exercise regularly and felt I was eating right. I could not believe I would have high blood pressure. I was walking around not knowing I could have a stroke anytime. I have recently started reading about the alkaline diet. I have started changing my diet and drinking water. I want my body to be healthy again without the use of medication.
